Q.   Do you keep lanterns in stock?
A.   No. Our lanterns are custom made just for you.

Q.   What if I do not know exactly what type of design I want?
A.   We have several standard designs that we can show you. If you so desire, you can select one of those designs and modify it to suit your taste. Another option is for you to discuss your lighting situation with our designer, and he can develop a custom design for you.

Q.   Do I have to pay for the lights all at once?
A.   No. We require a 50% deposit upon receipt of your order. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the lights and prior to us shipping them to you.

Q.   How long will it take to complete my lights?
A.   Depending on the light design you choose and the number of lights in your order, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for your order to be filled.

Q.   Will you install my lights?
A.   That is certainly an option. We do offer installation packages at an additional cost.

Q.   What if I have someone else install the light and the light will not work?
A.   You have a couple of options. You can return the light to us and we will check it at our manufacturing facility to ensure the light is in proper working condition. Another option is for us to do an on-site inspection of the light. If we determine that the problem is related to a component of the light, we will repair the light at no charge to you. However, if we determine the problem relates to the installation of the light (and we did not install the light ourselves), we will charge you for the repair.
